You’re a strategic thinker and have a passion for all things media. You’re in-the-know about current market and digital trends and have a background in traditional media, including print and radio. You target specific demographics like no other because attention to details is second nature. With digital and traditional media buying experience, you’re hoping your next job includes preparing, evaluating and implementing media plans, while bringing new ideas and energy to the planning function.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Interact with multi-functional teams (Account Service, Creative, Digital, Public Relations, Accounting) 
  • Develop media schedules from start to finish Continuously evaluate new opportunities and advise clients on the latest trends across all media (print, radio, television, digital, mobile, social, emerging, etc.) 
  • Negotiate rate efficiencies and value-add Develop/assist in client presentations 
  • Execute plan elements 
  • Monitor and evaluate plan performance, optimize campaigns continuously against performance metrics 
  • Facilitate client and media relationships 
  • Seek out and attend professional development sessions

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with agency or media-related company a must 
  • Digital experience a must 
  • Passion for advertising, strategy, leading, and experience in traditional, non-traditional and digital media 
  • Experience in PPC and digital strategy, execution and optimization 
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications preferred 
  • Experience with food, foodservice and/or agriculture clients, nice to have
