Are you seeking a position that explores your creative skills in a production environment? Are you able to work as part of a team and efficiently manage a project to meet your customers needs and timelines? Come join our team as a Multimedia Graphic Designer.

As a Multimedia Graphic Designer, you will produce visual solutions that meet the communication needs of LPi, using a mix of creative skills and production skills combined with experience with graphic design software.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts for Branding which includes redesigning logos, business cards, social media banners, letterheads, envelopes, and bulletins for churches and senior centers.
  • Design communication materials for, but not limited to, social media, advertising sales, marketing, corporate, and non-profits sales.
  • Work with internal press to ensure high quality final product is printed, including authorization of printed proofs.
  • Design artwork for Art & Media Portal for use by customers. Ensure that files meet technical standards and production timelines.
  • Collaborate with Managing Art Director to reach a final design and layout.

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
  • 3 5 years of graphic design experience. Experience in a production environment preferred as responsibilities include ensuring that projects are taken through to printing and working with pre-press and press staff
  • Demonstrates creative vision and ability to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks on schedule with little supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities while still meeting project deadlines
  • Highly developed time management and communication skills
  • Intermediate technical and artistic ability to create illustrations for use in publications, print, and online collateral
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all applications included with Adobe Creative Suites
