National Account Manager/Sales Director
Southeast Wisconsin
Delafield, WI

WGB is looking for an energetic and professional individual to join our growing Midwest office and provide account management for our midwest based retailers and manufacturing partners.  We work with a number of Fortune 500 companies in the CPG space with major home center brands as well as emerging and private label brands.  Every day is different at WGB which our company thrives on!

We provide our client and customers the tools needed to deliver solutions and achieve their goals with distribution, merchandising, assortment and pricing. These initiatives result in maximizing market share and driving sales and profitability. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who can create these solutions and have the ability to:

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans that drive brand growth 
  • Establish and execute plans to increase clients’ sales and profitability 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers 
  • Coordinate clients' market visits and key account calls. 
  • Communicate clients' priorities to home center retailers/buyers to deliver in-store presence and business objectives. 
  • Manage and participate in the development, design and presentation of WGB introduction to new clients. 
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our clients' strategies, selling programs, and initiatives. 
  • Maintain current account distribution information. 
  • Provide feedback on how to build organizational capacity and improve our business.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • A proven track-record in sales; preferably with a home center (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Ace Hardware) or national CGP company. 
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills. 
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations. 
  • Proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function. 
  • Willing to travel to sales appointments and customer meetings. 
  • Base salary dependent on qualifications
