The Paid Search Manager responsibilities will focus on Paid Search / SEM, but may also include SEO, Display, Paid Social, Media buying and analytic reporting. They have experience with setting and managing CPL/CPA targets in AdWords, Bing, Amazon, Facebook or other platforms. The Paid Search Manager would be client facing and help run the various day-to-day paid marketing campaigns. Strategy and execution is the name of the game.

Own and execute the day-to-day management, testing, and optimization of all PPC campaigns on Google Adwords and Bing including but not limited to keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, copywriting and testing.

Platforms include:

  • Google Adwords & Bing
  • Facebook Ad Manager
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Hootsuite and any CRM Platform
  • Any media buying platform

Double bonus points if you have any of the following skills:

  • Google AdWords and/or Analytics Certified
  • Using offline PPC management tools (i.e. Google AdWords Editor, Microsoft Bing Ads Editor, Kenshoo, Wordstream, etc.)
  • Knowledge of third party bid management tools (i.e. DoubleClick – DART, DFA)
  • Implementing Facebook PPC, Instagram and Twitter advertising
  • Knowledge of working with third party ad servers, trafficking ads and tracking pixels, URL parameters, etc

Foundational knowledge of paid search is required for this job. You are (or aspire to become) a PPC Guru. You consider yourself a data analyst, and love interpreting numbers to make decisions that drive the business forward—not just generate more clicks. At the same time,you have a good eye for detail—an essential skill needed to lead the optimization processes. Sound like you? Then you’re our type of person!
