Responsible for the ultimate client experience by providing great service and accurately handling client transactions, answering their questions and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This includes accepting deposits to checking and savings accounts; approving/verifying authorization for check cashing; handling withdrawals and deposits to accounts; accepting payments to installment and mortgage loans; selling bank money orders, cashier's checks; redeeming U.S. Savings Bonds; and other transactions as necessary.

This position requires superior customer services skills; strong communication, attention-to-detail and reasoning skills; and the ability to effectively multi-task, maintain confidentiality, organize and prioritize.
