ABOUT AUGUST JACKSON – THE AJ5 (our values):

PASSIONATE

We love what we do. We approach our work heart first.

SUPPORTIVE

We show up…to the meeting, for each other, and for our clients. We know what we do is a team sport and that means knowing when to jump in and always being ready to do so.

THOUGHTFUL

We are all about substance. We dive deep. We make ambitions real by ensuring what’s asked for is what’s actually needed, and pushing back to find the core demand when it isn’t.

INSPIRED

We love to lead. We favor the path less traveled. We always put a bit of tomorrow in today’s work.

ACCOUNTABLE

We own it. We drive the bus, we don’t throw people under it. Regardless of whether it’s internal or external, we take responsibility for every action and deliverable – from day one all done.
