The Position:

In this case, we’re looking for someone who has the experience of managing multiple projects and keeping all the "balls in the air" for our client and internally for our account team. Someone who would like just enough freedom to take a risk that might make all the difference. The kind of person who doesn’t need it all mapped out, because they know the truth – there is no map.

Details:

The Project Manager-Digital Campaigns is an integral part of our internal team - helping the account managers to fill gaps, ensuring that everything is on track and getting done,changing as we discover the best way to approach the project/campaign, and continually learning technology that will innovate our processes.

The PM-DC will work and coordinate with the Account Management team, Market Intelligence, Creative and Technical teams. We do this, because individuals almost never get to the right answer, yet teams of people that see the world from different perspectives are seldom wrong. But they need the glue to pull it all together – You!

We expect you to be accountable for:

  • Coordinating and collaborating with our internal teams and external free-lancers and vendors, and most importantly, adjusting as needed
  • Understanding client relationships (who are key players, influencers)
  • Ensure execution of projects are on-time and everyone knows their role

Qualifications:

  • Someone who gets it.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time without losing it - so, highly organized and persuasive (but not bossy) in making sure deadlines are hit.
  • Digital media experience is required (Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Marketo, Hubspot, SEO, websites, email campaigns/blasts)
  • Healthcare and manufacturing experience a plus, but not required Problem solver, enjoys figuring out puzzles to build what is possible
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, contributes to group/team effort to achieve a common goal
  • Flexible
  • Enjoys light travel and going to the client’s location, not just a “desk person”
