The Marketing Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote awareness and perception of the Marshfield Clinic Health System brand to new talent. As a member of the marketing team, the candidate will develop paid, earned and owned tactics, identify sponsorship and event opportunities, and utilize marketing automation methods to strategically attract and engage targeted audiences on the culture, community and career advancement opportunities offered by the system. The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator is responsible for attracting, engaging and cultivating talent as part of the pre-applicant phase of talent acquisition. This individual will assist with developing and maintaining an employer brand that builds awareness and trust and keeps Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) top-of-mind when candidates are looking for a new job.
