The largest North American manufacturer of coping and fascia systems for the commercial roofing industry desires to add a Sales Administrator to our rapidly growing sales organization. This new position reports directly to the VP of Sales, while supporting our regional sales management staff and independent and OEM rep force.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for organizing, improving, and maintaining systems including but not limited to Dynamics CRM, along with other internal and external sales operations systems. Administrator will manage the sales administration budget including several key sales operations functions. Sales Administrator will focus on the continuous improvement of the sales process and data, with the purpose of increasing visibility and automation. Candidate will have strength in Microsoft Office suite, and be proficient in Excel and Dynamics CRM or similar. Candidate will have worked in sales administration previously. Experience in Power BI or Dodge/Isqft are desirable. Candidate will demonstrate strength and ability to contribute to a successful and healthy team environment.
