The Lakes at Stillwater is a 50+ acre campus and was inspired by the natural beauty of the surrounding scenic lakeside landscape. Construction is underway on phase one, The Lodge, a 139-unit independent, assisted living, memory care and care suite community. The Lodge will offer a healthy aging lifestyle, hospitality services and amenities, intergenerational programing, and exceptional services. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and direct all activities for the marketing department and to increase/maintain census through the sales process.

Marketing and Sales Functions:

  1. Develop, maintain, and implement a marketing plan. Identify new and potential referral sources and develop productive relationships. 
  2. Participates in the planning and implementation of marketing events designed to drive referrals, enhance community awareness and recognition within the market area. 
  3. Manage prospects and leads through the sales process through move-in. 
  4. Develop and maintain a database of community contacts for the campus. 
  5. Represents the facility at community and professional events on and off site to educate and inform the participants on the facility’s capabilities and product offerings. 
  6. With facility leadership, establish effective public relations programs as needed. 
  7. Maintain weekly productivity goals to achieve the number of leads and deposits. 
  8. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed which may exceed 40 hours per week and may include nights/weekends.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism. 
  • Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. 
  • Must be able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people within the facility. 
  • Must be able to speak, write and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, residents, and families.

Education and Experience:

  • Prefer bachelor degree and/or 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing. 
  • Prefer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Outlook) and sales and marketing tools.
