We are searching for a Sr. Brand Marketing Communications Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Sr. Brand Marketing Communications Manager, you will develop, recommend and manage execution of yearly brand marketing communications plans including situation assessment, creative brief development, creative execution and media planning.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish yearly KPIs, periodic reviews and ongoing communication 
  • Integrate communication among multiple partners 
  • Assess potential partners for project-oriented work 
  • Cultivate relationships and establish guidelines for new partnerships

Ultimately, you will drive brand equity through strategy and creative development of all marketing campaign assets, from concept to execution (banners, online video, social assets etc.).

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of Marketing Communication or Agency related experience in the CPG industry 
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree a plus 
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
