Calabrio is looking for you! We have a new opportunity for a passionate, energetic internal marketer who knows how to drive a global employee communications strategy. You'll work with company leaders to develop messaging and programming that is relevant and engaging for our employees. WHAT WILL YOU BE CREATING?

  • Develop and deliver impactful employee communication strategies and tactics that support Calabrio’s goals and global culture. 
  • Craft messaging, build presentations and lead employee engagement activities on behalf of the company and our executives. 
  • Drive communications plans for key change initiatives and activities—gathering information from functional or project leaders, writing and publishing content, and assisting with PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Support Calabrio employee events (Innovation Days, corporate giving, new hires and training, corporate kickoffs) with engaging, fresh content for employees. 
  • Partner with HR and across the company to implement personalized, relevant communications programs to make sure employees are getting the information they need. 
  • Ensure internal communications are consistent across all mediums and for different teams. 
  • Work closely with our corporate communications team and agencies to ensure consistency across internal and external messaging. 
  • Conduct regular internal trainings; disseminate information on communications best practices. 
  • Manage internal communications channels. 
  • Expand the use of video conferencing and other tools that tie together our global offices.

WHAT SKILLS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • Self-directed—you can take abstract concepts and a clear goal or objective and build what you need to be successful 
  • Experience implementing internal communications programs and best practices 
  • Extremely strong written communications skills (writing samples required) 
  • Excellent verbal communications skills—experienced presenters preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams 
  • Proficient Word, Excel and PowerPoint user 
  • Scrappy go-getter with strong bias for action 
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and understand how to reprioritize based on new feedback from teams 
  • Maniacal attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Sound judgement and a level head

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO APPLY?

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 4+ years experience in communications, preferable at least 2 years in internal communications
