Responsibilities:

  • Serve as champion of online consumer experience on owned website ensuring that we have best in class digital shelf content, clear communication, and strong SEO performance that are in line with business and brand goals.
  • Lead web marketing team and work closely with UX, Digital Marketing Manager, Web Program Manager, Product Managers, Marketing & IT to build and maintain best-in-class website across our portfolio of products to ensure a superior user experience.
  • Work strategically with internal (Marketing) stakeholders and outside marketing agencies to develop and execute digital marketing plans bringing to the table prior campaign analytics, insights, industry trends, professional experience and best practices. Develop and execute pc/nametag digital brand strategy working with internal Marketing team. Assess and guide the outreach efforts for engaging and growing our consumer base in the channels that are relevant.
  • Serve as strategic subject matter expert in digital marketing and e-commerce tactics working closely with internal and external brand marketing teams, digital marketers and web developers.
  • Develop and manage monthly reporting against KPI’s and SMART business goals across all digital efforts with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve and optimize.
  • Evaluate tools and systems used by Digital team including leading agency and/or tool selection for SEM, email marketing, web-enhanced content, product reviews, and social media providers.
  • Keep up-to-date, monitoring evolving online media and technology trends as well as competitive activity with the aim of driving best practice adoption in digital experience and e-commerce. This includes the exploration of new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site experiences, digital marketing efforts and enhance consumer perception of our brand.
  • Build and manage digital marketing budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA Preferred
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience leading and/or managing teams.
  • 8+ years’ experience in direct or database marketing, with at least 6+ years in email/web/social marketing at the strategic, technical and analytical levels.
  • Ample experience managing external agencies but also a proven track record of bringing all digital functions in-house.
  • Deep understanding of both multi-touch attribution and A/B testing models and how to optimize channels for best results.
  • Thorough knowledge of interactive best practices like CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Knowledge of and comfort with a variety of online tools, inclusive of marketing automation platforms, content management systems, CRM, and web analytics.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing technology (tools & tech) including analytic packages, search platforms and data onboarding solutions.
  • Hands on experience with the Google Marketing Platform including Analytics, DCM, Search Ads and GTM
  • Demonstrated experience developing cutting edge strategies and leading their cross-functional implementation through an organization
