EWI Worldwide is looking for an experienced project manager with experience managing large, complex programs with a duration of 6 months or longer. This Project Manager will delegate responsibilities to teams of 8 or more staff that would be located in same office and/or across the United States. As the Retail Project Manager you will serve as primary liaison between the client, retailer, sales, internal resource team and third party business partners. The candidate will manage retail merchandising and brand identity programs, including interactive and digital media, from design concept through installation and aftercare. This role will require occasional overtime hours and occasional travel as dictated by individual project needs. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze budget to actual costs and track overall project health
  • Monitor and manage continuous improvement efforts and suggest areas for process improvement along with potential solutions
  • Organize, schedule, and facilitate internal team and client meetings effectively; promptly communicate meetings notes
  • Create, track and distribute required reports
  • Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner
  • Keep track of lessons learned and communicate with team members
  • Communicates effectively with client/client partners to identify needs and recommend alternative business solutions
  • Build a knowledge base of client's business, organization and objectives
  • Continually seeks opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

Competencies:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing large, complex programs with a duration of 6 months or longer
  • Self-motivated, dependable, diligent

Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Experience with inventory control
  • Experience with budget tracking and cost analysis
  • Knowledge and experience managing automotive programs
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of CRM and Sharepoint
  • Some understanding of reading/manipulating AutoCad files a plus
  • Commensurate with experience
