  • Work with marketing, CRM, and other business units to define marketing requirements and translate those requirements into functional campaigns, that integrate with our digital marketing channels, using our marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) tools.
  • Manage the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to our targeted customer groups (and other audience segments), within Pardot’s engagement studio, providing a personalized experience for our prospects and audiences.
  • Define and manage the scoring, automated rules, actions, and triggers, based off customer data in CRM (Salesforce), to guide prospects and our audiences towards desired outcomes across the customer journey.
  • Work to turn prospects into marketing-qualified leads.Understand, improve, and share campaign performance. Work with marketing and CRM functions to define KPIs, create reporting mechanisms, analyze campaign performance, and create actionable recommendations to ensure learning and deliver continuous improvements across all campaigns.
  • Define, document, implement, and continuously manage marketing automation best practices. Work as a key member of the marketing team to ensure marketing best practices and processes are fully aligned, data protection policies are being followed, and that systems integrate and synchronize well with the current marketing technology stack.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as CRM, product business units, regions, legal, etc. to create these processes, plan and communicate strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administrator, Marketing or Communications.
  • 3+ years experience managing a marketing automation platform; specifically, Pardot experience would be preferred.
  • General experience working with CRM tools; specifically, general Salesforce experience preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to support online marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience creating multi-channel digital campaigns.Working knowledge of Web analytics tools and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities.
