Social Media Manager

Uy Creative Communications is a boutique medical and dental marketing agency looking for a passionate and innovative social media manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Craft a strategy and create content for our social media channels and our clients
• Manage social media network sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and SnapChat for clients
• Use our scheduling software (Falcon) to schedule posts, manage accounts, and create reports
• Manage social media campaigns
• Develop social media content calendars and posting schedules for multiple clients
• Monitor and create reports of social response, engagement, and growth
• Research and maintain relationships with influential media (broadcast and bloggers), press, and vendor contacts
• Ability to collaborate with the rest of the team on content creation and SEO needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee content creation for social channels
• Develop positive working relationships with internal teams and clients—you will have client contact
• Coordinate special events that tie in a client's promotions and/or public relations to social media
• Participate in team meetings and client meetings
• Report to the Director of Social Media 

Qualifications:

• Social media marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Falcon or a willingness to learn Falcon
• Must be creative, flexible, dependable, organized, and a self-starter with a positive attitude
• Handle pressure in meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks to give a high level of attention to detail and consistently strong organizational skills
• Ability and strong desire to work independently with limited direction and as part of a team to serve the overall goals of our organization and the needs of our clients
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, iWork and/or Adobe Creative Suite in a networked environment
• A familiarity with website administration (e.g. WordPress) or a willingness to learn
• Graphic design, photography, or videography experience a plus 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or English. If you are a superior undergrad studying one of these degrees, we strongly encourage you to apply as well.

Your Location:

You can work from ANYWHERE in the USA provided you are super self-disciplined and can manage to login and record your work in our Project Management System, attend TEAM and CLIENT meetings.

Compensation:

We can go hourly or give you a piece of the action with a HIGH fixed rate portion of the project. Show us you're the best, and your earnings can be unlimited!
