What You’ll Do:

The Senior Media Manager is responsible for Consumer marketing efforts to support acquisition, retention and go-to-market of new products or capabilities. You will use your strong and ever-expanding consumer marketing experience to tackle and successfully develop acquisition marketing strategies centered around direct and email marketing. You will demonstrate outstanding collaboration, communication and prioritization skills to achieve desired goals in an agile work environment. You are motivated and driven, and can collaborate well with Partners, Business Owners and Executives to solve complex problems with simple solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic marketing planning to ensure success in effectively meeting business and marketing goals 
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, with internal resources and through partners Work as a digitally-engaged individual with proven competencies to continuously use, learn and teach others new technologies and marketing disciplines. 
  • Excel in an Agile cross-functional work environment including real-time management of opportunities and situations. 
  • Collaborate and partner with business leaders and other cross-functional partners to proactively seek marketing solutions to business problems, drive effective communications and to prioritize initiatives and resources. 
  • Accountable for development of talent within and outside of team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 
  • 8+ years of related experience 
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics and technology to drive decision making Previous media leadership experience. 
  • Strong marketing acumen with passion to further develop 
  • Demonstrated expertise in development and execution of marketing plans 
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, managing and directing employees, cross functional teams and/or external partners 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize strategies and execution in an agile business environment 
  • Proven teamwork and proactive communication skills 
  • Work effectively in time sensitive environment 
  • Creative, adaptable, and future looking with a lens on delivering an exceptional consumer experience 
  • Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, relationship building, customer service skills.
