Talent Coordinator

Lori Lins Ltd. is seeking a full-time Talent Coordinator capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This position will start as an entry level Talent Coordinator tasked with keeping the comings and goings of the many varied talent types that Lori Lins Ltd. represents organized while working and training for a managerial and booking position within the company.

The Talent Coordinator will assist the Talent Managers in helping performers with career decisions, marketing and in attaining bookings. They might be asked to screen voice auditions, assist in booking talent and in conducting casting sessions. In assisting the Talent Manager, they will communicate with both talents and clients to facilitate all arrangements on a given booking.

Applicants must have strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and willingness to learn. Candidate must also demonstrate strong organizational skills and initiatives. Must possess highly proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, incuding Microsoft Excel.  Knowledge in video or audio editing software is preferred.  Applicant must have completed a minimum of 2 years at an accredited college or university.  A background in Sales is also considered a plus.

Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications. Entry to mid-level candidates anticipated. Other benefits include health insurance allowance, profit share, paid vacation and sick leave.
