Here’s why we want you:

  • You have 8 to 12 years of agency experience; HVAC, commercial building or financial services industry experience a bonus.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  • You have management experience of two or more employees with responsibility for their performance and success.
  • Your agency experience includes leading several accounts across cross-functional teams.
  • You have demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • You can organize projects, operations, procedures and people to get things done. You’re looking to work in a dynamic fast-paced setting, partnering with highly skilled, hardworking and fun teammates.
  • You have a great skill set now, but you’re always looking to grow your career.
