We want to reward you for diving in with both feet and kicking butt across everything you do, which, when you’re here, may include the following:

• Developing UX deliverables, including user journeys and flows, user personas, wireframes, site maps, content inventories and platform assessments that consider a fully-integrated landscape on and offline 
• Collaborating with cross-functional internal and external partners and clients to ensure the user experience maintains a laser focus on project objectives 
• Staying up-to-date on emerging web technologies, design trends, social media and UX techniques 
• Providing strategic recommendations to enhance deliverables and general agency processes/capabilities 
• Implementing user-centered design and accessibility best practices; resolving any UX/UI issues that may arise 
• Working with internal teams and clients directly to achieve objectives and meet user goals; presenting strategic concepts 
• Building and cultivating relationships with external best-in-class partners

We appreciate your working knowledge of Sketch, InVision and other prototyping platforms, as well as your desire to accelerate beyond your previous 2-5 years of experience.
