It currently operates and manages six different restaurant concepts with nine total properties in the greater Milwaukee area: Onesto, Holey Moley, Swig, Blue Bat Kitchen and Tequilaria, Smoke Shack, and AJ Bombers. The executive team is very hands-on and collaborative ensuring all programs are operationally sound as well as strategically on point. We don’t just want to be good; we want to be great. Our goal is to scale beyond Milwaukee.

The Vice President of Marketing is the brand ambassador and marketing lead of all of our brands. Full stop. We are looking for a smart, thoughtful, entrepreneurial teammate that can make things happen and have the professionalism to manage in a growing organization. This position reports to the President of Marcus Investments Restaurant Division and is part of the executive team.   • Be the brand ambassador for multiple concepts. 
  • Love our restaurants! Lead strategic planning and marketing execution for multiple unique locations and brands. 
  • Manage advertising plan and media spending. Oversee creative development of advertising campaigns. 
  • Own the marketing P&L and KPI’s. Collaborate in overall restaurant financial review with the executive team. 
  • Own all the channels, including press/media, website, print/digital advertising and collateral materials, content marketing, SEO, e-mail, social media, and online review sites. 
  • Create and manage partnerships with 3rd party marketing consultants, such as creative agencies and PR firms.
  • Lead, develop, and grow your team. 
  • Help coach and train on-site restaurant management team members in areas related to promotions. 
  • Design and implement marketing systems and procedures to ensure that our brands are in the market and relevant at all times. 
  • Mine restaurant technology systems for trends and insights on customer experience, metrics, and product performance with the above store teams.
  • Degree in marketing, communication arts, or similar field required. 
  • Cross-functional training and experience in all aspects of Marketing, Branding, and Communications. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, digital and PR in restaurants or a related field. 
  • Expert in digital marketing with the ability to monitor and manage results. Excellent executive skills --- organization, communication, time management. 
  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle and meet multiple deadlines. Possess computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
