Here’s why we want you:

  • You have three to five years of video editing experience, including agency experience, using the Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe SpeedGrade, Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Audition (bonus for DaVinci Resolve, and supporting applications in the professional postproduction world).
  • You have one to three years’ experience creating 2D motion assets.
  • You have experience encoding media, including a wide range of file prep, and understand digital delivery and broadcast standards.
  • You can demonstrate and apply knowledge of video compression codecs, techniques and software and be able to compress videos for final delivery based upon project requirements.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented and creative and are able to work independently, multitask, self-manage, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work in fast-paced agency environment.
  • You can demonstrate and apply basic principles for audio editing and mixing.
  • You can closely collaborate and work interactively with cross-disciplinary teams and team members to ensure final product meets or exceeds internal and client expectations. You’re always driven to do the best work, no matter what it takes.
