Seeking experienced Product Manager (PM) to build and manage roadmap(s) and implement strategic initiatives for Wintrust’s retail digital financial management products. Ideal candidates are innovative and forward thinking to ensure digital products remain competitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team to develop and implement the strategic roadmap over a multi-year period – with focus on customer experience. 
  • The PM will review end user utilization and product performance metrics monthly and quarterly to ensure alignment, while identifying any needed changes for the channel, business or product strategy. 
  • Develop new enhancements and process improvements based on market insights and performance data to ensure Wintrust is an industry leader in providing financial tools to our community bank customers. 
  • Collaborate with designers, software engineers, and others across the business to create experiences which will differentiate Wintrust. 
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of product technology to collaborate with our technology partners to build and/or implement services for our customers. 
  • Produce comprehensive digital product documentation and partner with training resources to ensure cross team product knowledge. 
  • Work with other project manager(s), development teams and vendors to design project plans, based on user story prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • Previous product management and agile experience preferred. 
  • Previous team management experience required. 
  • BS or BA degree required. 
  • Financial services and/or banking knowledge and experience a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills required. 
  • Ability to resolves complex problems with independent action. 
  • Clear understanding of digital technology and consumer trends.
