The position of Web Analytics Analyst will drive best practices in our web, omni-channel and digital reporting, including site engagement and voice of consumer analysis for multiple web properties. This candidate will spend their time partnering with communications and business stakeholders to help determine the impact of our digital efforts and expanding/integrating our voice of customer and visitor satisfaction programs.

The individual in this role will create and deliver best-in-class reporting and analytics that is fully integrated with the overarching communication goals and that achieves the business objective.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Independently build, manage, and continuously improve Kohler site optimization, voice of customer research and testing programs across multiple business units and various websites.
  • Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting efforts for key businesses including channel attribution, site engagement and recommendations.
  • Deliver actionable insights, analyses and recommendations that shape and inform day-to-day online strategies and long-term optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of voice of customer, customer satisfaction and net promoter score methods by engaging the analytics community and sharing learnings with the broader Digital team.
  • Partner with Kohler leadership, marketers, analytics, creative, technical development, IT and vendors.
  • Promote a culture of data driven decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
  • Lead projects to be on schedule, on budget and within scope.
  • Analyze data sets to make recommendations by providing comprehensive, visually appealing, in-depth analysis.
  • Must be tech savvy, have an analytical mind and enjoy optimizing through curated ‘test, measure, iterate, test again’ processes.
  • Four-year degree required. Emphasis in Business, Marketing, Communications, Mathematics, Market Research, Web Analytics or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
  • Familiarity with programs including, Adobe Analytics, ObservePoint, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly in technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and possess excellent organization skills.
  • Motivated by continuing education (seminars, classes, magazines, books, etc.).
  • Embrace the role of a teacher to educate Communications and Marketing staff to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
