The Workflow Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating project activities including helping to establish timelines and budgets. This role will coordinate and manage projects, ensuring efficient and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle as well as have client knowledge and involvement. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with all departments, including client service, creative and digital teams. Excellent communication, detail orientation and problem-solving skills are a must.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating creative efforts across multiple departments to effectively deliver on scoped projects while meeting or exceeding client expectations. 
  • Actively manages the day-to-day aspects of all assigned projects, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and on brand. 
  • Translate client plans to project plans; prioritizing and tasking assignments 
  • Work closely with Client Service, Creative and Digital Teams 
  • Act as a liaison/mediator between stakeholders and project team members clearly communicating expectations, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary approvals are obtained 
  • Solve problems and negotiate internally, resolving or escalating issues that may alter project scope and/or timeline 
  • Effectively manage budgets and deadlines, ensuring any changes to scope are appropriately documented and formally approved 
  • Track, document and report on project milestones, including burn rates and provide status reports internally and with clients

Experience Needed:

  • 3+ years of work experience in project and/or marketing management 
  • Proven track record of success managing projects in the digital space Multi-dimensional planner and proactive problem solver 
  • Familiarity with project management workflow and tools Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environments and priorities 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to elicit cooperation from all teams involved in given project 
  • Agency experience preferred, but not required 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, PMP preferred
